You are solely responsible for the content you post. Ideas must be original, respectful, and related to sustainability. Harassment, spam, hate speech, and illegal material are strictly forbidden.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your ideas and content. By posting, you grant EcoSpark Hub a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You may delete your content at any time.
4. Payments and Refunds
Some ideas require a one‑time fee or membership. All payments are processed via Stripe. Paid ideas are non‑refundable once accessed. Memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; no refunds for the current billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
EcoSpark Hub is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or quality of user‑generated content. Use the platform at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users via email or a site‑wide announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
